AIIPMPA is governed by a clear and accountable governance structure designed to ensure strategic oversight, institutional integrity, and operational effectiveness.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic direction and oversight to the Institute. Its key responsibilities include:
Defining the strategic vision and long-term objectives
Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
Approving major programs and institutional policies
Overseeing organizational performance and accountability
Board members are selected based on their experience in public policy, governance, academia, diplomacy, and international development.
Executive Leadership
The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of AIIPMPA and the implementation of its strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Program design and execution
Institutional partnerships and external relations
Research, training, and events coordination
Financial and administrative management
The Executive Director leads the organization and reports to the Board of Directors.
Advisory & Technical Support (as applicable)
AIIPMPA may engage Advisory Committees or Technical Experts to provide specialized guidance on policy, research, and program implementation.
